  • Individual Leasing

    This means your student is only responsible for his or her portion of the rental amount unlike signing a conventional or joint and several lease.

  • Roommate Matching

    We match roommates up to students with similar needs and lifestyle. Each resident completes a roommate matching profile to determine the residents best suited to room together.

  • Fully Furnished

    All of our UARK off campus housing spaces are fully furnished to make your transition to apartment living as seamless as possible. There is enough space in our apartments to add personal items to make it feel like home.

Michaels Scholarship Program

At The Michaels Organization, one of our core values is “giving back.” We do this primarily through college scholarships offered through our
non-profit affiliate, The Michaels Organization Educational Foundation. In the 31 years since our founder and CEO, Michael J. Levitt created it, The Michaels Organization Educational Foundation has bestowed more than $11 million in college scholarships to residents of our affordable and military housing communities, many of whom may never have had the opportunity to pursue a degree without this financial support. We have been able to give the gift of education to more than 3,800 of our residents, thanks in part to the generosity of our business partners and their willingness to join us in “giving back.” This year to total overall scholarship was recently announced to have reached 1.5 million dollars.
